The basics, before you start
Four basics apply to every online visit and plan.
- You are 18 or older.
- You are physically in Texas when care is provided.
- Your concern is on a care line we review online.
- You complete identity verification and telehealth consent in the secure system.
A Clinician reviews your full history before any treatment decision. Being eligible to start is not a promise of a prescription — treatment follows only when your Clinician judges it safe and appropriate for you.

Your online care and your in-person care stay with the same Denton clinic and the same care team. Your history, medicines, and follow-ups stay connected instead of scattered across apps.
Real in-person backup
When a concern needs hands-on care — an exam, labs, or a blood-pressure reading — there is a real clinic to visit in Denton. We never claim in-person sites elsewhere in Texas.

Good fit for online care
Stable, everyday concerns on our care list, in adults 18+ located in Texas who complete secure intake and consent. Examples include pattern hair loss, birth control, acne routines, seasonal allergies, herpes suppression, smoking quit support, and stable thyroid refills.
May need video or in-person care
New, worsening, or unclear symptoms; red-flag symptoms; a complex medicine list; migraine without a verified prior diagnosis; mental health care, which starts with live video; and any case where labs, an exam, or a blood-pressure reading would make care safer.
Not offered online
Care that needs procedures, controlled medicines, or in-person monitoring is never offered online. The full list is stated plainly in the next section. When online care is not right, your review still ends with a clear next step.
Never offered online — stated plainly
Some care is outside online care at Evolve Health, without exception. Naming it clearly protects you and keeps expectations honest.

These are not offered online in any plan, visit, or waitlist. If you need care on this list, a clinician who provides it in person is the right route, and we are glad to help with the rest of your primary care.

Verification happens in the secure system before Clinician review. This public page has no forms and collects no health information.
- Photo ID: confirms you are 18 or older, and that you match the health history under review.
- Texas location: confirms you are in Texas at the time of care, so your Clinician is licensed for your visit.
- Telehealth consent: confirms you understand how online care works, and its limits.

A review that points you to in-person care is a helpful result, not a dead end. Our Denton clinic offers the hands-on care online care cannot: exams, labs, and blood-pressure checks that support your online care, plus ongoing primary care with the same team who reviewed your case. If another setting is safer — urgent care, or your own clinician — we will say so plainly and explain why.
