Most people complete the first two steps in one sitting. Your Clinician takes it from there.
Pick the visit or monthly plan that matches your concern. Not sure which fits? Call (940) 257-2002 and we will help you choose — or say honestly if in-person care is the better first step.
Answer focused health questions, list your medicines and allergies, confirm you are in Texas, verify your identity, and give telehealth consent. Allow about 10 minutes the first time.
A Texas-licensed Clinician, FNP-BC, reads everything you sent. Nothing is automatic, and nothing is auto-approved.
You receive a decision with clear written instructions. If treatment is approved, your prescription is sent for pickup or mail — detail on Pharmacy Options.
Check-ins track how you are doing, and a Clinician re-checks your case before every refill. A refill is always a review, never automatic.
Verifying identity is a safety step, not a hurdle. It protects you, your record, and your medication.
In the secure system, you show a government-issued photo ID and confirm your date of birth and Texas location. That confirms three things your Clinician needs before review begins: you are 18 or older, you are in Texas when care happens, and the record being created belongs to you.
It also prevents medication errors: prescriptions are released only to the patient named, after a photo ID check at pickup.
The check takes a few minutes on your phone or computer camera. Use clear light, hold the ID steady, and keep the photo and text readable. If an image is blurry, you are simply asked to retake it — no penalty, and no charge for retrying.
No ID handy? Pause and return later, call (940) 257-2002, or visit us in Denton and we will help in person.
Before review, you confirm you understand online care's strengths and limits. Your Clinician works from the information, photos, readings, and conversation you provide, and may need video or in-person care to decide safely. You can stop online care at any time and choose in-person care instead.
Every case is reviewed by a real Texas Clinician. A prescription is never promised.
For stable, history-based care — allergies, skincare, hair loss, and refills — your Clinician reviews your intake and messages a decision or a follow-up question. Clear written instructions come with every decision.
For care that needs a conversation — migraine and mental health among them — review starts with a live video visit. Your Clinician can see, hear, and ask in real time. Captions and chat are available during video care.
Your Clinician may ask for photos, a blood-pressure reading, recent labs, or a video visit before deciding. That request is part of good care, not a delay tactic. You will always be told what is needed, why it matters, and how to send it.
Review is also a safety screen. Your Clinician checks your history, current medicines, allergies, and warning signs against the treatment requested. If anything conflicts, the safer path wins — even when that means online treatment is not approved.
You pay for the review — medication only if prescribed. Charged once the review is complete, whether or not treatment is approved.
Reviews happen during Denton clinic hours, Mon–Fri 7 AM–5 PM. Questions sent after hours are queued for the next clinic day, in the order received.
Time-critical concerns are prioritized in the review queue — emergency contraception, a herpes outbreak at the first sign, and urinary symptoms among them. Pickup at your own pharmacy is usually the fastest way to start treatment the same day.
Results take different clocks. Some concerns ease in days. Hair, skin, and allergy care build over weeks and months — your check-ins track progress honestly, including when a plan should change.
If review shows you need hands-on care, we will say so plainly and point you to the right setting. That honesty is part of the service, not a failure of it.
Not eligible online? You still get a clear next step — see Texas Eligibility for the full path.
About 10 minutes in the secure system — health questions, Texas confirmation, photo ID, and consent. Later check-ins are shorter.

You get a text and an email when your status changes. For privacy, messages never name your condition or medication — details wait behind your secure link.
