Photos are shared only inside the secure system — never on this public page. Your Clinician reviews your photos with your health history and current products, then builds or adjusts your routine. Use natural light facing a window, show front and side views, and skip filters and heavy makeup. Use similar light and angles each time, so progress is easy to compare.
Skin renews gradually, so steady daily use matters more than quick changes.
Your skin adjusts to a new routine. Mild dryness or new breakouts can happen early as pores begin to clear. Keep the routine simple and moisturize as directed.
Many people notice fewer new breakouts and skin that feels calmer. Older spots take time to fade. Adding extra products rarely helps — follow your routine as directed.
Allow 8–12 weeks to judge progress fairly. Compare your check-in photos in similar light. Your Clinician reviews what is working and adjusts your routine for the next phase.
A lasting routine is gentle and repeatable: a mild cleanser, treatment as directed, and moisturizer, morning and evening. Your Clinician helps you introduce changes one at a time, keep a brief photo and product diary in the secure system, and avoid harsh scrubs or frequent product switching that can irritate skin.
Some care is safer face to face.
Isotretinoin is NOT offered online. If your acne is severe, painful, or leaving scars, your Clinician will route you to video or in-person care so you can discuss the safest next step in person.
Pregnancy, planning pregnancy, or complex medicines that need a conversation may need video or in-person care first. Rash, swelling, blistering, or signs of skin infection need prompt in-person care. New or changing moles or skin lesions need an in-person exam.
You pay for the review — medication only if prescribed.
Breakouts on the face, back, or chest can be reviewed from clear photos.
Your Clinician may ask for clearer photos, or a video visit to complete your review.
Your Clinician will fit your routine around makeup and shaving, and tell you if a product should pause.
Message your care team through the secure system. Do not add extra products while you wait for guidance.
