Tell your Clinician about every heart medicine you take, even one you use only occasionally. If a medicine on your list makes ED treatment unsafe for you, you will be told plainly, and other options will be discussed instead. Never stop a prescribed heart medicine so that ED treatment becomes possible.

How does the ED evaluation work?
You complete health questions, a photo ID check, and telehealth consent in the secure system — never on this public page. You will be asked how your concerns began, what you have already tried, and about other health conditions you live with. Your Clinician reviews your heart health and every medicine you take. You may be asked for a recent blood-pressure reading, or for a video visit, before a decision is made.
Why do you ask about nitrates and heart health?
Erectile concerns can be an early sign of heart and blood-vessel problems, so screening protects you in two ways at once. ED medicines are never combined with nitrates — medicines such as nitroglycerin, used for chest pain or heart disease. That is why these questions come before any treatment decision, every time. If you take nitrates, ED medicines are not a safe option, and your Clinician will discuss other next steps. Chest pain or pressure means call 911 right away.
How private is this care?
Very private. Billing uses a neutral descriptor, and no condition names appear on statements or on notifications. Your intake and your messages live only in the secure system, not on this public page and not in ordinary email. Your health data is never sold. This page carries no advertising pixels and no condition-based retargeting, so visiting it does not follow you around the internet.
Can I pause, and how do refills work?
Yes — you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime, with no call required. Refills are never automatic. Before each refill, a Clinician re-checks your health, your medicines, how treatment is going, and any side effects you have noticed. A refill continues only when that re-check supports it. If you pause and return later, a fresh review comes first, so your care restarts from your current health, not your old answers.
